Abstract Submission Information
The scientific committee of Lymphedema Symposium Singapore 2024 invites you to submit abstracts for E-posters to present the latest innovations or clinical studies in the field of plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
We have a digital poster area at the meeting venue with several electronic stations where all E-posters may be viewed easily throughout.
GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
- All abstracts must be submitted using the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM and email to Lymphedemasocietyofsingapore@gmail.com no later than the 11 November 2024. Please include “Abstract submission” in the subject field of the email. Only abstracts submitted via the email will be accepted.
- Abstracts text should not exceed 300 words. Figures and tables are not allowed.
- Please ensure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after your submission which will be sent to the first Author’s e-mail address (check your spam or junk folder). If you do not receive an acknowledgment email after 5 working days, kindly inform the meeting organisers via email at: Lymphedemasocietyofsingapore@gmail.com
- The e-mail address that was used for abstract submission will be used to notify acceptance and to send updated information.
- It is the authors’ responsibility to review their submission accurately. Please proofread your abstract before completing your submission. It will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
- Abstracts submitted online cannot be modified after submission.
- All inquiries regarding abstract submission should be made to Lymphedemasocietyofsingapore@gmail.com.

Abstract texts should be structured to include the following sections:
- Abstract Title
- Objectives
- Materials and Methods
- Outcome
- Conclusion
Poster Submission
The deadline for submitting the complete E-poster in unprotected PDF format with dimensions: 70cm x100cm portrait, minimum resolution 150dpi, via email to the Meeting Organisers email address: Lymphedemasocietyofsingapore@gmail.com is 11 November 2024. Please include “Poster Submission” in the subject field of the email.
Abstract Withdrawal
If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by 1st November 2024, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If you decide to withdraw, please notify the meeting organisers by 11 November 2024.
